The Life Sciences Library and the Kassai Street Campus Library offer Cloakroom and Locker services.
The use of cloakroom in these libraries is free of charge and the cloakroom rules are displayed on site.
Use of Lockers
- At the Life Sciences Library you can rent a locker for a semester or an academic year;
- At the Kassai Street Campus Library, you can also find Daily Lockers, which are available free of charge.
No perishable food or drink may be stored in the lockers.
The library takes no responsibility for any items placed in the lockers.
Daily Lockers (only at the Kassai Street Campus Library):
- use of lockers is free of charge;
- to get the key to the locker, you will need a valid photo ID;
- lockers need to be emptied, and the keys returned by closing time.

Locker Rental (KCL and LSL):
- Lockers are available for registered Library members;
- You can rent only one locker at a time;
- The price of locker rental can be paid in cash or card at the circulation desk.
What to do when the rental period expires:
- Before your rental expires we will notify you via email.
- If you want to continue using the locker, it is possible to extend the rent. The extension is for the next rental period.

- If you do not want to renew your rental, you must empty the locker and return the key.

Please note: We will charge you a late fee of 50 HUF/day if you do not return the key before the rental period expires. In case of a delay of more than two weeks, the locker will be emptied, and you will be charged with an additional fee of 1500 HuF for the replacement of the key and the changing of the lock. |
