Returns

You must return the documents to the library from which you borrowed them.

In person

At the Circulation Desk

If you return your documents at the circulation desk, your loan record will be updated immediately. 

Book Drop Boxes

In three of our Libraries, you can place the books you want to return in Book Drops Boxes. Please note that in this case your loan record will not be updated immediately.

Self- Service Book Return Machines

You can use Self-Service Book Return Machine that are placed outside the library that works regardless of the opening hours of the library. Your loan record will be updated immediately. Instruction guides are posted near the machines.

Postal return

Please address the package to the library from which you borrowed it. Check the contact details of the libraries. In case there is an issue with the document, you will be notified by mail.

Please note: The book will remain your responsibility until it has been received at the library, so it is a good idea to send them by recorded delivery.
