The Böszörményi Street Campus Library, the Life and Natural Sciences Library and the Kassai Street Campus Library offer Cloakroom and Locker services.
The use of cloakroom in these libraries is free of charge and the cloakroom rules are displayed on site.
Use of Lockers
Life and Natural Sciences Library
- Lockers may be rented for an academic year, semester, or summer period for a rental fee.
- A valid library membership is required to rent a locker.
- Each patron may rent only one locker at a time.
- Locker rental fees may be paid in cash or by card at the circulation/service desks.
Kassai Street Campus Library
- Daily use of lockers is free of charge.
- Locker keys can be borrowed upon presentation of a valid photo ID.
- When leaving the library, please empty the locker and return the key.
Please note: If a locker key is lost, a replacement fee of HUF 1,000 will be charged.
Böszörményi Street Campus Library
- Lockers are available for daily and monthly rental.
- In the case of monthly rental, the rental period may be extended up to five additional times.
- The use of lockers is free of charge.
- Lockers are available only to registered library members.
- Upon leaving, please empty the locker and return the key at the information desk.
General rules
No perishable food or drink may be stored in the lockers.
The library takes no responsibility for any items placed in the lockers.
What to do when the rental period expires:
- Before your rental expires we will notify you via email.
- If you want to continue using the locker, it is possible to extend the rent. The extension is for the next rental period.

- If you do not want to renew your rental, you must empty the locker and return the key.

Please note: We will charge you a late fee of 50 HUF/day if you do not return the key before the rental period expires. In case of a delay of more than two weeks, the locker will be emptied, and you will be charged with an additional fee of 1500 HuF for the replacement of the key and the changing of the lock. |
