The University and National Library of the University of Debrecen (DEENK) offers a total of five training rooms with varying capacities across three locations: the Böszörményi Street Campus Library (BCL), the Kassai Street Campus Library (KCL), and the Life and Natural Sciences Library (LNL).

- 1 computer lab with a capacity of 25 people
- 1 lecture room with a capacity of 35 people
Böszörményi Street Campus Library (BCL)
- 1 training room with a capacity of 12 people
Kassai Street Campus Library (KCL)

Features
The training rooms and the lecture room feature a modular design, allowing the furniture to be rearranged as needed. Consequently, the rooms are equally suitable for hosting trainings, workshops, group sessions, and traditional frontal teaching. Upon request, the rooms can also be equipped with laptops, making it possible to conduct computer-based training sessions.
How to book:
Our training rooms primarily serve the educational and training activities of the library. Instructors of the University of Debrecen can submit their room requests by emailing study@lib.unideb.hu. Please note that room usage is provided subject to available capacity.
Requests should include:
- The name of the course
- The name of the responsible instructor
- The number of students
- The requested dates and times
- The duration of the reservation
Reservations for regular semester-long classes must be submitted:
- By September 8 for the autumn semester
- By February 8 for the spring semester
Room availability is subject to capacity constraints. Our staff will respond to all requests and provide feedback regarding availability.

Please note that Instructors must notify us of any cancelled classes at least 48 hours in advance by emailing study@lib.unideb.hu. Repeated cancellations without prior notice may result in a review of future reservations. |
Individual Study Rooms
Individual study rooms are also available at these three library locations. Reservations for educational purposes should likewise be submitted to study@lib.unideb.hu.
For personal use, study rooms can be reserved through the library website.
