You can use "My Library Account” to manage your personal data, check your loans and due dates, and renew items online.
To access your account:
- Click on the “Login” button in the top right corner of the website;
- Enter your library card number and password. The default password is your date of birth in the format of MMDD (e.g., 02 May - 0502). If you want to change your password check " My Data" section in your account.

Information in your profile
My Libraries
Here you can find the list of all DEENK libraries, from which you have borrowed documents.
By clicking on the names of the Libraries, you can see:
- The contact information of the given library;
- The documents you borrowed;
- The due dates and number of renewals.

You can check and manage your personal data and contact information here.
You have the following options:
- Change your email address: Type your new email address and click on the "Save” button;
- Change your password: Click on "Change Password” button. Type your current password, and then type a new password and confirm it. Then click on the "Submit” button. If you want to reset your default password, contact us in person at any of the circulation desks;
- Newsletter subscription/unsubscription: Tick the box to subscribe.

On this page, you can check your previous stack requests.
Fines
This page will become available when you have unpaid library fines. Here you can check the type, duration, and amount of the debt. Fines can only be paid in cash.
